Transforming the mezzanine level of the Grand Park City Hall into a haven of understated Oriental modernity, Park Palace takes you on an epicurean journey with authentic Cantonese specialties set amidst an ambience of warm reds and dark wood furnishings. With veteran Master Chef Chan Kung Lai helming the kitchen, signature creations such as Park Palace Imperial Suckling Pig, Deep-fried King Prawn with Crispy Rice and Tomato-Mayo, and Thousand Layered Tofu, present themselves as works of culinary art. An exclusive selection of Shunde dishes gives you a taste of traditional fare from this region in Guangdong province.
Opens daily for lunch from 11.30am to 2.30pm and for dinner from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
